The Smiles We Recognise

We believe that at some occasion we could meet or see someone from our high-school time. If we knew him/her better, we should have known his/her name. If not, at least the face seems familiar to us.

How about a smile? That is obviously something you would never forget. If you had received a smile from someone and you were in a good mood at that time, your nerves would have transferred that sense of smile to your brain as happiness. Then, that memory of happiness would stay for such a long time until after you recognise that smile again in the future.

You would automatically recognise smiles from your past, unless you are an idiot.
